Terms of Service

1. Service

PayStubr provides software that generates US-format paystub PDFs based on data you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data and for how you use the generated document.

2. Legal use

Paystub generators are legal tools. You agree to use PayStubr only to document real income that you can substantiate. Using a generated paystub to commit fraud (misrepresenting income to lenders, landlords, government agencies, etc.) is illegal and may result in criminal prosecution. PayStubr is not liable for any misuse.

3. Tax calculations

Calculations are based on published 2026 IRS federal tax tables and current state income tax rates. They are estimates suitable for personal documentation and are not tax advice. For complex tax situations, consult a CPA.

4. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. If a PDF fails to generate after payment, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days — email support@paystubr.com.

5. Limitation of liability

PayStubr is provided "as is". Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
