Refund Policy

If the PDF fails to generate after payment, or contains an obvious calculation error, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund, email support@paystubr.com with your Stripe receipt and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

We do not refund paystubs that downloaded successfully and contain the data you entered.
